This year, I embarked on the Red Tent Educators training. A magical time of learning, connecting, healing and joy. A big transition for all there.
For me I was able to also feel safe and open up to allow healing of my father’s passing in May.
Togetherness at The Village Women workspace was wonderful. A space to connect and meet other women with great skills and businesses.
Togetherness at The Hearth, a blissful and warming women’s only space for work, wellness and community. I have felt ignited in the possibilities to new and exciting experiences.
My service to women’s wellness as a Birth Doula and Massage therapist is to support and create a space of togetherness during a women’s life cycles stages.
A maidens journey and challenges, then her transition into motherhood and beyond.
As a women I know for sure we need other women in all stages of our life. The joy and the pain, the opening and transition of a life. We cannot do it alone in isolation. If we don’t, We will miss vital connections that just enable us on a level to grow. Not ruling out the important of men in our lives. However, TOGETHERNESS of women is so important to our wellbeing.
The last Tuesday night of 2019, was again union with women I haven’t seen in a long time indeed.
This night my sister friends gathered to support our friend to remembered her beloved daughter of who sadly transitioned a week ago.
We are all so sad to unite after so long under these circumstances but knew it was so important to be by her side at this time. Allowing the process of mourning just a little bit easier and helpful.
Togetherness can make our live experience so much different for each individual connected.
Food for thought. What does togetherness mean for you in your life?
I hope this new decade TOGETHERNESS of women in many different fields grow stronger and for the better. I shall be continuing my works in my wellness practice-stay tuned.
We all have elements of uniqueness in various skills, knowledge that is just divine. With the right connections we can all benefit individually and collectively.
